Product review-Kapai Puku (gluten free and almost sugar free)

I use this product everyday as a topper for my meals to add some extra nutrition and crunchiness. It is a mix of raw ingredients which are buckwheat, sunflower kernels, sesame seeds, linseeds, millet seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, rice bran, amaranth and poppy seeds and is marketed as helping to exfoilate and clean the intestinal tract, increase metabolic rate and suppress your appetite. The holistic dietician l see put me onto this product because it is gluten free andalmost sugar free, but very  nutritious. I transfer it from the bag into a tub which l keep on the dining table so that the whole family can use it at meal times. The 2kg bag cost just over $30 and this has lasted me about 6 months. Some people use it as a breakfast cereal so it would not last as long.  There are different varieties but l get the naked blend because l don’t react to anything in it.

I purchased this product from but l am sure there are other stockists.
