These are the books which formed the basis of the Paleo Nutrition and Primal Living Course and have supported my own wellness journey. I really love reading and empowering myself with knowledge. Books are a treasure that you can keep and often when you are just starting out you may not understand everything in a book, but when you come back to it maybe a year later it all makes sense.     1. Hi, it really depends on what your interest is. I found the mindfulness books fantastic, The Primal Blueprint taught me about ancestral and Paleo Nutrition and books like The Wahl’s Protocol were just so inspiring. Good luck with the reading.
