Cold Pressed Juicing is very therapeutic for the body as it preserves the valuable nutrients and enzymes which can be damaged by juicers which use heat while extracting the juice. Mostly vegetables and consumed in moderation, these can be a valuable source of nutrients when the digestive process is compromised.

I love to juice and this forms part of my regular diet. I have my regular favourite juices which incorporate greens such as spinach, kale, lettuce, herbs, green apple, celery, beetroot, ginger and lemon. This is my Oscar Neo cold pressed juicer that l just love. Before this l had a Breville Juice Fountain Plus for about eight years and it did a great job. I was very motivated to keep on juicing after seeing the movie ‘Fat, Sick & Nearly dead’ and think that every body should be juicing and realise that store bought juices are nothing like the home made version.

Herbal Teas

I have also incorporated some other soothing drinks in this sections such as herbal teas which are an important part of a holistic eating program. Take the time to enjoy these drinks mindfully, to clear your mind and sooth the body.
