A cake baking in the oven is a wonderful way to fill your home with delicious aromas and anticipation as to how the cake will turn out and taste. The apple and cinnamon cake is the basic recipe and can easily be modified by adding a different spice, fruit or vegetable. I don’t often make the breads but they are nice to occassionally as a special treat and the crackers are very handy to have in the freezer.
